Fletcher Creek Park

I enjoy taking walks with the boys. While taking a walk to check out the elementary school that Xander will be attending, the boys and I discovered this park. I let them out of the stroller for awhile to run around the playground and have some time.

The Maynard Family

From 2010 - 2015 we lived in the Navajo Nation in Arizona. A beautiful place with beautiful people. We taught, coached, and volunteered in a community called Pinon, an extremely remote rural town that we loved.

As a family we decided that we needed to go somewhere that was less remote. My wife was the first to find a job, Memphis, Tennessee would be where we would make our new life.

Memphis could not be more different from Pinon. The climate, culture, and the urban setting gives us a lot to adapt to. This is the story of our next great adventure.
